Sustainability

Sustainability is the core focus of our business. As an ethical business, we understand that our responsibility goes beyond manufacturing products. We are committed to bringing a positive change in both the community we work with and the planet we survive on. And therefore, we are actively upgrading our technologies, re-engineering our processes and integrating compliances that will head our business to have a positive impact on both the environment and the community.
The key focus areas of our business towards a sustainable future are as below.

Ethical supply chain

We've taken an ethical stance by obtaining certifications from SEDEX, BSCI, and Higg FSLM to guarantee adherence to high labour standards across our industry. These certifications not only validate our commitment but also ensure that our supplier chain, particularly with Sedex, is aligned with global ethical trade standards. BSCI unifies numerous companies under a shared Code of Conduct, aiding them in establishing ethical supply chains. Meanwhile, the FSLM evaluates social labour practices comprehensively within facilities, assessing management systems, operational controls, oversight, as well as worker and stakeholder engagement.

Transparency and traceability

We are committed to cultivating enduring relationships with our clients, founded on principles of trust and ethics. As your business partner, we consider it our responsibility to uphold transparency and traceability. This is why we openly share comprehensive information about our supply chain and production facilities with our clients. Moreover, we ensure the quality and authenticity of our products by obtaining two vital certifications: the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certificate and the Organic Cotton Standard (OCS) certificate. These certifications provide detailed assurances about our commitment to organic practices and sustainability throughout our production process.

Auditing

We are dedicated to conducting timely ethical audits at all our business facilities. We perform annual audits for SEDEX, Higg FSLM, and BSCI every two years. Additionally, we are open to third-party auditing agencies recommended or required by our clients. The audit reports are promptly shared with our clients as required.

Worker empowerment

We have a responsibility to the people of our organization. We ensure to provide the Living Wages Act partnership. We also have a Women’s Empowerment Program in place under which the ICC (internal complaint committee) for women is dedicated to making the working environment safe for them at our facilities. We have implemented a confidential grievance mechanism which allows our workers to express their issues with the management without any fear and get them addressed promptly.

Environment responsible

We recognize our business's environmental footprint and have implemented several measures to mitigate it and align with environmental well-being. We are proud members of OCS (Organic Content Standard), OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and OEKO-TEX Organic Standard 100, underscoring our commitment to environmental sustainability. Moreover, we adhere to the Higg FEM (Facility Environmental Module), a rigorous environmental assessment framework. Additionally, we are committed to the ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) program, further emphasizing our dedication to responsible chemical management and environmental protection.
